Born in Angola and having arrived in Canada as a refugee, Toronto has been my home, and I am deeply committed to giving back. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to amplifying the voices of marginalized groups, fighting for environmental justice, and supporting policies that improve everyone’s lives. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, I use my journalism background to stay closely connected to the people and advocate for their concerns.
